The reason for the part coloured label was that I had selected that area and converted the rest of the picture to Black and white.

@chili - yes agree bud, the only real problem I find is that the camera finds it hard to keep too much detail crisp. Keep the picture fairly simple and the K700 does a grand job.
By the way, thats another great picture and if I may be so bold as to say that the young lady looks as fit as you like

@JAGUY85 - I didn't turn the picture from black and white to colour mate. I turned a negative shot into a normal coloured picture and from that edited it keeping the bottle coloured and changing the rest of the picture to black and white.

With the photo package I have, it would take forever and a day to keep the trees b&w and turn the sky blue mate.

That way, it will not occur to the viewer to say, "I can't see this or that thing very well." Ever notice in my "gitana filipina" pic how the tree in front of the girl echoes her shape? The top of the tree corresponds to the arms raised to her head. That's harmony.

Life is so rich. You just need to look around. There's really no need to "bring models," unless you're doing commercial photography.

@doc - I did think about putting something in the frame but couldn't find anything I liked and to be honest the photo package I happen to use is no photoshop

@chili - your obviously very happy with the k700 bud, I can see from the pictures you take that composition is very important. We all have different ways of looking at it, and what works for one doesn't nescessarally work for someone else. I too agree that detail and clarity isn't always important but for me all depends on the subject matter.
I am a little different in as much as I like to see the detail in some shots more than others. Mainly due to the subject matter I am in to at the moment. I get to spend a lot of time out with the gitmyster and have grown to love the surroundings I find myself in. I take a fair number of shots whilst out with the gitmyster and I find so much going on with the different types, scenery that I like to pick out the detail.
Now the K700 as great as it is, it sometimes loses some of the detail I remember when taking the original shot and I find this a little dissapointing, (not always). Having said that I still have some great shots that I am very pleased with regardless of the amount of pixels the shots in question were taken with
Now I appreciate that I am going to post a w800 pic here which i would not usually do, however, it gives a good example of what I have been saying here. The first shot taken with my k700. The second with the w800. In this case same subject matter, quite different in detail and slightly different composition, although I prefer the w800 pic I am very happy with both.
