how about in GMT/UTC... or somewhere that doesn't have DST which just confuse me

Will we see a new UI soon?
In my opinion, I don't care too much about it. I don't mean to say that I wouldn't like to see a revamped UI, but I am happy with the UI as it is for now.

It's taking place in Germany. 4 PM Central European Summer Time. UTC/GMT +2 hours
New York: 10 AM
Beijing: 10 PM
Bahrain: 5 PM
Sydney: 12 AM
London: 3 PM
