The writing looks like refraction as others have said and this camera circle area fits just as on the spypics of the hardware we saw earlier where the battery cover went under the bottom edge of the camera lens area. Also, the two leds are in the same place.
There are two screw holes which might suggest that another circle piece will go over the blank area around the lens with focus size info on it.
It looks real and imo it looks better than that cheap looking one we saw earlier which looked like a camera from the 80's to me.
I like this one hope it has wifi and FM Radio too so that it matches the p990 spec at least.

I feel like most esato member feel frustrated on speed of se getting new announcement have something to do with how early we start getting rumour info. In fact i rather prefer se use apple approach on their ipod. Announce only when you have product hit the shop within 4weeks. See w880 and k550. Its out within such short time. To mass market. It mean a lot as it for sure hit nokia and motorola or even samsung because they have music phone but none really have such competing music dedicated phone.

Zopp over at SE-NSE who provided the elena prototype photos, has posted another photo providing information that it is definitely an elena prototype but dated at 17th August 2006! The other prototype photos are more representative of what elena will really look like - metallic finish, definition around cam lense, auto focus etc.
