@dr.high5- you can have your us dollars changed at the malls, like shoemart megamall or in iloilo. They've got better rates than banks or hotels. If you have visa mastercard or amexco, the better. Enjoy your stay!

@drhigh5 there are some but not litterally everywhere. You won't find it hard to convert your $ to peso since major malls offers conversion.
