hope globe knows how to resolve this problem then. anyway, here in paco, manila, globe's phone and GPRS signals are stable, today at least.

dan, what it meant is that the IP address allocated to you belongs to APNIC. APNIC is not your ISP. To really know where you're going/coming from, do a tracert IP.

@dan re: resumable downloads. you need a software (ie getright, or natively in opera) for that, and the server must support it too.
