Hi! I have same problem.... have you resolved it? My firmware still R1N035 ..so think to upgrade it but just afraid if anything goes wrong and all messages gone.. so need to backup it.. pls help..


Go to options -> connection and uncheck 'write log file' option, this should sort the problem out

Phone mode is the correct one, but you can actually start syncing before you choose any of the modes.

I've been using it for quite some time now and it's awesome!!! All your syncing, file transferring, backing up, monitoring needs are all answered with this great application.

I agree, Sony Ericsson should ship with this software as their default phone manager.
