I'm O2 direct (not online) and I was able to order 1 as an upgrade on Wed. Have been given an order no. GM********.

Well my upgrade on-line order has changed to 'completed' from 'out of stock', with the phone passed to a courier this morning at 6:10am. However, I've not yet received an email as it states so got no parcel tracking number yet. Given experiences of other posters I'll not be holding my breath!

Yeah my status has changed to completed also around 6:10 this morning, got email from O2 saying its shipped and gave me a tracking number, problem is dhlgroup.co.uk is down so cant track it!!!

Hmm, wonder why no email for me then?
Maybe cos my email address is from when I lived in NZ. Guess it must take a long time for it to get to the other side of the world! ;o)
