Are Vodafone P990's still coming unlocked and unbranded? Orange are still sitting on their hands, and I'm fed up with it.
VF handsets have branding, which has been discussed in this thread.

Latest firmware? Which firmware is on it?
I didn't realise VF had approved a new update yet.

Yeah thats right... Open web, go to vodafone live (if its not your homepage still), you need to choose 'Vodafone Wap' as the internet connection. There should be a 'Mobile TV' link in the red bar. Click it (you have to be in 3G reception at this point) and you get a page listing channels in whatever package you have subscribed to. Click one of these and it goes to a holding page that says 'in 5 seconds your video will launch, otherwise click here'.
In 5 seconds the P990 switches to the Video player, and the video player asks you to select an internet connection - I choose 'Vodafone Wap' again and it works.
You do need a good 3G connection though - in my house it wavers between 1 and 3 bars and it takes me a few attempts to connect. And it doesn't look too good as I wander round the house (probably into 2 bars).

Well thats bizarre.
When I signed up to VF as part of my haggling I was given two 'extras' on my £30 pm tarriff - you can spend an extra on 10% off line rental, extra texts, a 3G TV package for 6 months, stop the clock etc.
I went for 10% off and free 3G TV for 6 months.
Lovely.
Today I get a txt from Voda telling me about 'stop the clock' and saying that if I want it I should phone 191.
So I do, it gets added for free, and she also increased my txts from 100 to 250 for no apparent reason, also for free.
Bizarre.
Only time will tell what else Voda are gonna offer me, post sales, for free!!??
