Just got my hands on a w880 yesterday in Hong Kong. Phone is amazing and nice finish. Se finally got something nice and thin. Wouldn't trade for anything else on the market now. Keys a bit small but ok. Everything is perfect. Go it to isync with OSX through mobile feisar software and works perfectly. I will use my p990 as a pda from now on. one more thing, Gmail java app worked on w880 as well. running with no glitch.

I have K800i, never used it as a dedicated mp3-player though since I've got an iPod, but I'm really impressed by the sound quality of the W880i and would definately recommend it to anyone in for the mp3-functionality! It's definately louder than my K800i, if that's got to to with headphones or phone it self I don't know though.

yeah, I got a HPM-70 too. Its a neat little phone and sound is ok through the speaker although perhaps a little tinny
sounds similar through the headset to my W950 but I never had a low volume complaint anyway

you get yours from x1387? Their price is about $100+ cheaper then all other sellers

i might buy from them.
i have no problem with music quality through headphones on w950i, just the volume is a little lower than what i would have liked.
can you confirm if the volume is louder on w880?
and coxy says speaker is as loud as w850, true? i hate not having loud speaker, can never hear it. And vibration on w880, strong or weak?

usually have weak vibrate, can never feel it when on silent...
how is quality with it using hbh-ds970, same or better than say the w950?
and most important q, for me, how is bulid quality? Build is good on my

phones when new, but couple weeks after, god the creaks get annoying. dont want the phone to be like this.

haven't really had too much chance to test it thoroughly yet as I got it 10 minutes before going away for the w/e.
I got it from a member on here who won it from SE.
I'll write more when I have had a chance to go through it all. I really love the citybeat theme as seen in Coxy's video and yes, the build quality feels good and solid.

I don't know that I really can add more than has already been said by the few who have received it already.
and to be honest, it seems very much like a K800 that went on a diet and part of the weight it lost was a radio and some camera resolution.
anyone who has used any of the recent SE phones would find little different in the actual operation of the W880 so really its all about the form factor, and that has been well shown in pics from Coxy and others already I guess
