Not in your phone, only camdriver, the compresion is too high for phone possibility. However reducing the compression will worsen the quality of photographs. Therefore in such a case better to change the resolution on 2MP and then to take a photo. The quality will stay, and the small difference in the resolution will be practically unnoticeable.

i understand how to use manual ISO for "auto scene", but sometimes i need manual iso too in other scene like "twilight" or "beach & snow"..

My problem of delay in videos is fixed

you shouldn't had update you phone with the latest version cuz its CID53 and there is no patch for CID 53 yet
