technically speaking in the night shots posted by mode they are really clear and i never thought they'd turn out like that, thought they'd be alitle dark like the w902...i know the xenon flash is a huge plus but in those photos you could think there was one

those night shots had enough light in them that the flash was not needed, so those pics have nothing to do with the flash as it was not even used.

I only wish that the W995 had the xenon flash of the C905, as I would buy one today if so.
The W995's form factor and looks blow the C905 out of the water.. its pretty much just the xenon flash that it lacks.
so, if flash photography is very important to you, then you really want a C905.

if its not, then you should get a w995

I think this is what he means. Apparently W995 handles low light much better even without enough lighting.

W995

W902

As for enclosed dark spaces, it's been a while since I last went clubbing (getting too old for that I feel) but I'll post similar lighting conditions soon for you to judge for yourself Of course, these are the types of environment that Xenon totally makes the difference. W995 handles low light well, but without Xenon, shutterspeed increases and as you can guess it's hard to catch still objects in such conditions.

Hello everybody..
Today i was exploring my new W995 camera settings. There's no ISO-Manual selection..
Is it just me or SE has removed iso selection option from W995?

Edit Oh just found that my C901(bought two months ago) has no ISO selection as well...
Why??? Even my K850i allows me to change iso..

Well I didn't take club pictures yet (although recorded video in a open area party with low light situation and it was pretty well with the night mode + led on), but I made some “hardcore test” with these 3 pics. Dark room + medium zoom + flash

And some random pictures:

Btw, @mode: those pictures at that bird park were amazing! Very beautiful colors!
