If you look at that picture and you say all three screens perform the same then you should
1) seriously consider getting your eyes checked.
2) stop bitching about what display is the best.

He's doing exactly what?

If you mean he's bitching about what display is best, I don't think so.
I think he's saying that if you can't tell the difference, you aren't in a position to be complaining about it.

SE always make great screens even if it's aint the best, so please stop this!
No front facing camera is bad I assume that regarding the evolution of video chat on android, but the screen may not be the best and while everybody knows that samsung suck at sunlight legibility (my sister has a galaxy S inside x10 is no match but outside...), and apart from my old G900, all of my SE phones were great in this aspect. And amoled burn colors (too bright nokia's clear black display managed to improve it), the retina display really is amazing (like Iphone is). LG screen has many promises but time will tell.
I would like to remind you that apart from the great eldar every people that tested this phone had been impressed by it so is the so critizised adreno 205 chip that it is the only one to pack (I checked the qualcomm website ), but if you prefere samsung's screen (I hate samsung's custom and design seems like a copy to me ) that's fine.

Look here to see other devices using Adreno 205 GPU:

Not to worry!
This is because they don't really know...
Same thing with Satio, X10 etc. before they were released.
The pricetag will drop.

I see Carphone are showing this phone as coming out in June...does that seem likely, or should we see it available around March/April time??

EDIT:

I have a HTC Desire with the AMOLED screen and over time it has suffered from screen burn. Would this be the same case with the Arc's display??

I'm sure we will see it by the end of March here in Scandinavia. But as with many other phones it will most certainly not be released simultaneously in all countries, so it is a possible e.g. UK will get it later.
