is it available for purchase, unlocked and ship to USA? links?
Sim-free means that its just the device, without contract.

Sim free means with absolutely no operator branding, the phone will be how it was designed to be by the manufacturer, or as if you bought from direct from the manufacturer's website.

I found 2 Xperia T (LT30) pre-order sale on eBay.com that is listed unlocked. just wanna confirm when I buy one.
btw, I usually buy them on eBay.com I don't know any other online retailers that sell to US customers. where can I find the UK version? when is it's release date?
also I'm thinking of accessories, I'm looking for a dock station with a built in speakers to listen to music, possibly use as an alarm clock with enough db to wake you up. also usb port to connect station to PC for syncing without removing the phone from the dock, but this isn't quite as important.

Unbranded (debranded) software is software without network software included.
The two are different things and are not dependant on each other e.g. O2 used to (and still may) sell handsets that have some light branded applications installed but no sim-lock. Conversely, another network may sell locked handsets but not be bothered to install any branded firmware (T-Mobile UK used to do this years ago don't know about now).
However, 3rd party dealers and distributors like Carphonewarehouse or Expansys will often use the term sim-free to mean SIM unlocked and unbranded. Individual sellers on places like eBay often sell unlocked but branded handsets that have come from the network as an upgrade and they've simply had them unlocked.

OK, so I've had a play time with my TX now. Got gapps installed (google anything isn't present in the Chinese firmware). I rooted using
Bin4ry's ICS/JB root tool with no issues at all.
Impressions
This handset is lightening quick. I've had very few pauses in what I'm asking it to do, usually it hangs when I'm asking it to do something it can't e.g. access the microSD before it's even initialised after unplugging from Mass Storage mode. The album app in truly great, fast fluid, useful and fun all at the same time. I'll put the apk somewhere if anyone is interested. It installs straight onto my old Arc and my Dad's Xperia S no issues at all. One useful thing I found in the app is being able to add a geo-tag to previously untagged pics, this is done by just dropping it on a zoom/pan map and confirming.
It took me a few minutes to get used to the handling of the on-screen buttons, because I expect the right hand button to be MENU but it is the task manager (in all cases). If and when there is a MENU to be accessed it appears either in the buttons area as 3 dots vertically or in the top right depending on the coding of that particular app, this will be sorted I guess as more manufacturers move towards on-screen buttons and app developers update their apps.
The build quality as I said before is really great. A huge step forward from the X10 and Arc which I've had before.
Battery seems to be a bit better than my Arc was at the same stage of it's life but still terrible. Sony have shown in the past that their batteries take a week or so to settle down and their subsequent FWs often increase the battery immensely so I'm not at all worried. Here's a couple of screens of the battery stats during it's first day. I played Plants vs Zombies for quite a while and couldn't keep my hands off it the rest of them time, playing in the album etc. I also had the brightness at 100% so that should have a significant impact.
Staying on the subject of the battery it seems to take ages to charge. At least it did the first time. Hours plugged in to the charger. Maybe this will improve over the next couple days or maybe it was because I was constantly picking it up and playing whilst it was charging.
I'm not big on benchmarking, I don't think it's worth very much personally so I've not done any. The phone plays the games I want fast, smooth and without any hiccups.
Finally, I have a couple of shots from the Arc and TX for comparison. I'll put a few more in
this folder (new link for being able to
view in original size) in the future but for now it's just one scene, taken in 8MP and 6MP for Arc and 13MP 10MP for TX. I think the colour reproduction in Arc is more vibrant, perhaps too much, but the TX is lacking unfortunately. I haven't scaled the shots at all, I think most people use one of the widescreen setting or the full MP rating so scaling creates a situation that won't be used and, therefore, an unfair result.

Yeah I know it doesn't charge as fast whilst being played with.

Interestingly Arc's 8MP shot file size is bigger than the 13MP shot by TX. I guess there is A LOT of compression going on hence the poorer quality of the TX. Perhaps it's so the hype of having a 'quick snap' feature is relevant during launch then they reduce the speed performance in favour of better quality in later firmwares, but I think t's more likely that it's just a continuation of the trend for years that the camera quality is worse in each new generation of Sony (SE) handset. There was quite a clear peak at the end of the Cybershot line and since then a steady decline.
Either way, I have a DSLR for taking photos nowadays and the phone is good enough for general use, and actually the photos look stunning on the device itself (how I view my photos taken on the phone) with richer colours, sharper edges etc. Perhaps that's why they introduced Bravia Engine; to hide the poor camera processing.
