Hey guys just finished downloading apps for my Xperia Z5 and really liking this phone.

Need some help if you will please?
First, how do I setup security so that I can control the screen timeout delay as well as enable password/security print immediately when screen goes into standby mode (off).

Also why does Chrome only opens up windows that are seen in the task manager vs actual tabs within the application itself? How do I change this to the standard way that chrome works on PC, Mac, and iOS and just about every other android device??

Thanks.

Settings -> display -> sleep

Then settings -> security -> automatically lock screen - set to immediately
Chrome -> setting's -> merged tabs and apps - set to off. Close reopen chrome

Thanks man much appreciated. That helped it a lot before heading mfrs for an all n if her birthday party. Pictures are not bad but I know I need to clean the lens and get this working. Turns out my provider has the E6653 model speeds are incredible for a busy network.

I really love this phone not sure why I didn't get this earlier.

(EDIT: Correct model posted: 6653 not 6683)

LOVE THIS PHONE!

Yo yo Yo!!

Watching the NBA All-Star Game on my Z5 with my son via the Bell Mobile TV app!
Not on AppleTV, not on any website because content is locked out.

The bonus ... I didn't buy tickets due to being super expensive and this is hosted in my home city: Toronto ON.
The only SAD part is I have 2 Kobe XI's in Achilles Heel to be signed and I'll miss out on seeing Kobe to get them signed.

Funny hearing Isaiah Thomas and thinking he's retired (#11 of Detroit Pistons back in the 80's) and my son saying "no he's not retired" lol and I have to show him on my phone.

Good valentines day.

Still learning this incredible phone but I'm impressesed.
All Star game is streamed over WiFi in 1080p and no heating whatsoever!

Hi Gang,

I know most of you already own one of the Z5 series but I'm still a newbie to this Z5 and loving it.

One thing I just noticed is:
1. a SERIOUS mess of the MicroSD card folder and file entries:
Android or Sony's Android 5.1.1 puts waaay too many folders and sub-folders and there is NO RHYME nor reason for all the messy and nonsense of DCIM, Photos, Android: Photos, Media etc that is in all of this. WORSE is Android/Google Music (Free). I've uploaded all my music and downloaded it over WiFi to my MicroSD card in the Z5 and then all the track names are numbers no artist nor file name! Arrrgh.

2. Some folders within the com.android main folder still have the name "Sonyericsson" within. VERY cool that Sony still honors their former partnership success.

History Lesson: Did SonyEricsson make any Android phones and which models where they?
Xperia Arc was the first I believe.

SonyEricsson made many Android phones, starting with the X10 : http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson-phones-19.php
