kakainis!!!! akala ko ba excess tayo ng electricity. paying for IPPs even though they are not producing any electricity. tapos here we are, a blackout! the nerve of them to charge such high consumption cost with thi kind of service. poor, much poorer that those living in payatas.....

@vjam: that's what I heard from someone in the power industry. Apparently, they still don't know what went wrong. Process is, when they do find out, they fix it. Once rectified they slowly put things back online and make sure everything is stable, grid by grid.
