If you can not post the exact error, how can anyone help you or something.

You need a sync station, not just the RS-232 cable.

I am using a DSS-25.
The error was about connection during update.
The update was interruptet.
So the phone was "dead" , but I used the "recovery" option , and the phone works again , but there is no T9 !!!
I have tried 2 times updates , but it does not help , still no T9 .

Have you tried a master reset? Normally it would put all of the "stuff" back, including the t9 because as I understand, it is "hardwired" to the phone. Being that you recovered the phone, go ahead and do a master reset and see what happens, as you have nothing to lose.

A "master reset" ???
Is it not the same as a "reset all"
On the phone there is a "reset settings" and a "reset all".
How do a make a "master reset" ?

My s700i has a "Master Reset" menu.

You select this and then select "reset setting" and then "reset all". I have found that if you set either and not the other some things tend to stick around.

For me SEUS worked out alright after I skipped Norton Firewall.Aint got no clue 'bout your problem.Maybe SEUS dont work with your phone at all even if it's unbranded.Maybe SEUS dont work with your version of windows (legal or not).Just few of many that I can think of right now.But try every solution there is so maybe it's gonna work. One final:maybe SEUS dont work with the serbian language at all.
Good luck!!!

Thanks for the reply. This is not a Serbian version of the phone, it doesn't even have Serbian language in it. I have told before that this is a phone which seems to be from Hong Kong (looking at it's software at least), and there is no problem, what so ever, with the phone, because it is not even connected, because the software for upgrade cannot download on my comp at all, because there is a hf.path file missing.

OK guys, thansk to sapporobaby, I managed to download the seus file, using Opera, but now have another problem. I get an error message "Synchstation not found", and it's kinda odd, considering that I have it installed (downloaded dss drivers for p900). Should I have downloaded ones for p910 (that's also available on the site) ???

Any suggestions ?

Not sure. I do not know if there are drivers specifically for the P910 that are different than the P900. What you can do is completely delete everything, re-install it and see what happens. I also like the Netscape browser better than Opera for performing the updates. Netscape seems to run Java better.
