I believe the Parental Control is for UMD movies.
In the PSP Settings u go to Security Settings > Parental Control & choose a level of control (probably relating to the number on each disc) from 1 to 11 or OFF.

Has anyone ordered from lik-sang before to the uk...and did you get charged taxes and stuff...id like to know as im considering ordering but i dont want to be slapped with customs charges and stuff. Thanks

Well u got me started ---
i ordered mine from lik-sang as i always order imports from there, for the first time im having delivery problems it was meant to come yesterday but it was not lik-sang fault it was UPS they left my PSP back in the airport tutut someone else on another forum also got his yesterday and bought it from lik-sang and wasnt charged anything for import tax etc.
