Well nothing is definite BUT, I'll be surprised if more Walkman devices are not announced. Walkman is more important than Cyber-shot right now. Just a guess, but if not this week then it'll be very soon. We've all seen spyshots of beibei already it just needs to be officially announced.
I'd say there is a 90% chance of more goodies to come.

If Moto's phones are any indication plus the shots of BeiBei, I'd say 3.2 more closely resembles A200 with the call/end keys and support for more bands as standard.
Though UIQ4 is anyone's guess, assuming it exists at all.
I'm doubly excited because at the time of the announcement, I'll be at work and therefore already in front of a computer.
C'mon, Paris...

I'm not so sure. SE have released the W890i, the W760i, and the W980i - All Walkman phones of different form factors, and for UIQ, the W960i hasn't had very long on the market yet. So they have all the bases covered with Walkman at the moment. I don't really believe we will see another Walkman just yet.
