No everytime ive gone on a plane they tell you to switch them off
my new phone has a airplane mode so maybe i'll get away with it nextime I go away haha

Well, yes. They ask to switch them off, but you can use them if they have 'flight mode' so you turn off the radio signals.

Here are a few more of NYC:

*Another angle of Times Square's south side


*The alley on Broadway, again, from a different angle


*A very nice park south of chinatown in Manhattan, it was about to get dark so I used the 'night' setting and it came out like this...


*The Citi tower in Queens, this one was taken from the 7 train platform, also using night mode

Mmmmhhh... I guess it is as busy as London, probably a little bit more. I've never been to London so I can't really compare them. I hope I can go next summer so I'll be able to tell.

@victor - With the 1st PIC you've posted back there mate - NY Times Square . . . di you use the 'flashlight' on it The Night Mode was set - ON . . . right Or did you use the MXE-60 Xenon Flash? It's kinda SHARP, that's why . . .
