No problem man, if you have more question feel free to ask.
well, other half is for system ROM
if you dont want problems with internal memory you can install Link2SD app, its life saver on phones with low internal memory, but for this you need root.

I suggest you try
JJ's hybrid rom and new Adreno libs. Or if you really want JellyBean, go for
AOKP.

JJ Hybrid ROM seems to be very popular @ XDA.
AKOP looks good but there are still few lags to be corrected.
Have you heard of v6 Supercharger? does it really make phone fly?

I just like to share
After a year and 5 months, a small crack already appeared on my misty silver Xperia arc, on the left side above the back button unlike those cracks reported by most users have midnight blue, whose cracks appears on the proximity sensors in just 4-6months of use
also i have removed the pre-applied shatter proof sheet, because it has a lot of scratches already, at first the screen is so sticky, finger print magnet, I have cleaned the screen with some alcohol, and a couple of days the screen is now better than before, when i removed shatter proof sheet, the screen sensitivity increased, a bit more brightness, and less finger print magnet.
When i updated my Xperia arc to ICS with 4.0.4 1st build released from Sony, it was very disappointing, it is very slow, lags a lot, lot of apps and games wont work well, but when the release an update to 4.0.4, i was amazed, they have fixed most of the problems of ICS, it's on par with 2.3.4 in terms of Speed and Stability, I hope they will release another update that will mostly fix all the remaining bugs, and optimize ICS a lot more, because we are not going to get 4.1 officially, Sony latest ICS for 2011 is Good enough for everyday use.
Still enjoying my Xperia arc, it can handle most latest apps and games available now
