I've said it before and I'll say it again, there will be no 768MB/1.5GB/3GB RAM phones from Sony.
I've checked this with one of my contacts and he has no knowledge of any phone with a configuration like that.
HuaShan will most likely have 1GB of RAM.

I suspect the MSM8960, with the Adreno 225. No need for an Adreno 320 in a midrange phone with a 720p display at all.
