drec - there is another one that was tested after .257. just check the version they are offering and if it's higher then go for it

nothing new for me. but the latest tested update is .259. so it's a very minor update i'm sure. probably small bug fixes.

Just updated. Still .257, the only difference I see there is a new shortcut in Choose wallpaper from menu - looks like paper windmill and it goes directly to photos.

Does anyone here have camera auto focus issues sometimes?? Like at times it doesn't make the focus sound or show the green focus box. I had that issue on the XT before but worse.

I have often had to press the shutter loads of times to get it to focus. Nothing much helsp and was same on other firmware too.

@bono - i notice in certain modes there is no focus box until you actually click to take the photo. I have had some times where the auto focus beep didn't sound and certain times when the autofocus doesn't focus on what i want it to. I've found that in these situations, if i give the lens a good clean, it fixes the problem. I guess there's a finger print or something that messes with it? i dunno.
I haven't had too many autofocus problems otherwise..
