Just got back from an assignment in Stellenbosch...wish I could've stayed there a bit longer.

Talk about busy!! Logged on an hour ago, but mini-crisis after mini-crisis kept me from posting, let alone reading anything.
Interesting to note the info supplied by Da Monkey Man on his site regarding the purchase of music via vouchers. Wonder how long it'll take before this becomes widely-accepted practice. Makes far more sense than muddling thru the oft bewildering layouts of some music shops.

@ brix,
whenever I seem to visit Stellenbosch,with its stunning Papegaaiberg backdrop,I can hardly ever find parking!
Last time we tried to find any around the town centre took about as long as when we hunted for parking in central London for the Queen's Jubilee party in 2002...

@amawanqa
Here in India, Nokia rules the market. SE is second and catching up, though slowly.
As for operators, the customer has a wide choice between many. We also have a couple of CDMA network that spread through out the country and are luring people with all sorts of gimmicks.
The market leader, though, is AirTel which is GSM.

Yes, Stellenbosch is awesome but didn't have time to do some sightseeing as I was working but still won't mind just spending a day there.
Also noticed how the Spier Estate is turning into a cheesy tourist trap...if you can avoid it.
Nothing to report on cellphones for the moment, hopefully the P910i shall be delivered to me.

Grr, i hate it when my text just disappears!!! Meant to say, i teach English and Science to 12 year old would-be hooligans masquerading as children

My goal is to ensure that even though they may grow up to be hooligans, at least they'd be well-spoken
