@dethan,it depends nd theres a possiblity to occur.. In my case,jst upgrdd and nothng erasd, bt 2 make it sure,back it up nd save imprtant files :-D

kung firmware upgrade lng di mawawala po but we're still open to possibility na pwede mabura cya better back up contacts na lng muna po as per clients had their t681 upgraded to r7a ok naman po wala nadelete tnx!!!!
