well wen u f**ked up ur sleep pattern only way to sort it is go with no sleep till next evening and go bed proper time lol well always works for me.

@ mkush - I know the exact feeling mate, try working abroad as a european courier, all night driving for 2weeks, then you get home and realise you can't sleep at 11pm due to the fact you'd normally be driving, so you end up staying awake for well over 24hrs. Its not fun I can tell you that.

yeh had to do it wen i was doing shift work , 12 hr shifts but alternated.

yeh did a days work that day too felt like shit all day and then didnt get to bed till 11pm that night
