cingular has a prepaid plan. it basically uses the same simcard but activated on a different system. prepaid simcard is about $25 dollars and the refills are from $10 - $100.
if u can get a hold of the sim and ur in california, let me know, i'll put $30.00 worth of credit.

also
35c - 7:00AM - 8:59Pm ( landlines and other carriers )
10c - 9:00PM - 6:59AM ( any phone )
10c - aLL cingular phones 24/7

( aLL calls include free long distance to 50 states )
