vanquish, your saying nonsense about k750 camera...

iīm a amateur photographer myself, and from experience i know this: compared in daylight photography, k750 equals any point&shoot camera for small prints or web displaying...

Itīs a great backup camera for any person that like Photography as an art, because you canīt always have your advanced digital camera or dslr with you

having said that, i agree the materials of k750 could be better, but theyīre not so bad as some say...

about the price quality - well, itīs being sold here in portugal by Optimus Telecom for little more than 200 euros - i say itīs GREAT price for a wonderfull digital camera + excelent media player + phone

My brother has a 40 gb Iriver...since he bought a k750 + 1gb card, the Iriver is getting dust at home

Maybe it's time to agree to disagree then... Some ppl obviously intensely dislike certain things about SE, whilst others claim not to notice them. The same can be said of Nokia, Moto, Samsung, Sony, General Electric, Toyota, Ford, the brand of boots i prefer, etc. It's time to let it go... This message was posted from a Nokia

totally agree man!

It's a decent camera in an mp3 playing phone with expandable memory. It may not appeal to everyone, but it certainly has a lot going for it.

It's a decent camera in an mp3 playing phone with expandable memory+shoved into a very creaky casing.
But I'm still kinda happy with it !

Mine doesnt creak anymore than any nokia Ive ever tried.
It has a slight creak from the lens cover and batterycover on the back if I press them, but nothing heavy, and nothing from the front or the keys. No creaks when I sms, or use the phone normally, I have to deliberately press the backcovers to envoke creaking.

All things considered, phone, camera, musicplayer, videoplayer, theming etc. in a nice small candybar package, relatively cheap midrange model, Im more than happy and find it a bang for your buck

Exactly what I've found with the creaking also. You have to actually purposefully invoke the creaking, otherwise It doesn't occur.

Doesn't worry me in the slightest. The keypad works, the sliding lense cover works - it's all good.

But atleast I now know what a constipated rabbit sounds like

Well, in my case, I'm not invoking the creaking. Every time I use the right hand side soft key, there WILL be a creak. Its that bad.
Anyhow, like you said, at least now we all know what a constipated rabbit sounds like !

Well, this thread has really made me rethink my intention to get a K750i. The fact that so many people have experienced the same problems, together with its inability to view html pages tells me it's not worth the effort. I'll get a P910i if i don't stick to Nokia in that case. This message was posted from a Nokia
