Had EXACTLY the same problem mate, all you have to do is a master reset and then upgrade your software again - that worked for me at least, hope it does for you too!

When it gets to 38% the usb connection drops for a few seconds and I recieve a 'communitcation error' via the update.
Still know camera then.
Has anybody actually updated their K750 o2 UK brand ok?

I have several different k750i's flashed from R1L to R1N two were mine the remaining from mates I build and maintain theire PC's for....
Besides acouple of K750i's that had a curruption issues with memory card, the whole lot works fine...
The two faulty ones went back to O2 to be exchanged under the 28day refund or exchange, They have now come back...( Brand spanking new phones)b updated to R1N and are working fine....
They are all locked and branded to O2 as PAYG

i just updated my unlocked O2 branded & it seems the wap browser/opera mini are now problematic, it's very slow & receiving errors most times.?How do i revert back to R1L??i was much happier with that..

If not the only way recommended is to send or go to a uk authorised SESC
