Hold "c" down on phone and put the cable back in and the update will start.. once its started you can release "c".

finally I got it to work!
I had to install some usb flash drivers from davinci because everytime I held c and reconnected the phone, windows would come up with new hardware found but could not locate the drivers.
so I used the usb flash drivers from the davinci program d/l, installed them and hey presto the update worked!

Mine gets an error at 51% and my camera isn't working!

Well I have an EU_1_CA R1L002... should I get the W800i R1N035 EU1 Generic firmware for it? Is it the correct one?
