These three look great, no-one suspected Blackberry device!
6820 successor looks greater than expected though, has an amazing screen too

2 arez: ehm, you still did not get it ... this phones have its OWN target group for which they are _perfectly_ suited. you are right that those phones are problable only target for this 5% of customers, but _this_ is the point, boy
and those 5% is HUGE market in termes of money ... and high margin area, that every company dreams to tap by its portoflio

and nokia happens to listen to this _rich_ audience.
as for question why those phones will wipe out the new P series. well, P is too expensive for a regular joe .. and companies tend to buy things that _do not_ have certain extras like cameras that are so suitable for industrial espionage
so logicaly, companies will lean toward to business phones rather to some funky multimedia device like p990. and since the sales in corporate secotor is vital for phones in this class, p990i might happen not to be the best seller particulary due to the camera

it is simple too much expensive for a regular joe and not that much interesting for the corporate folks
not to mention, there will be almost no SW for the p990i since it is a completely new platform. new system (symbian 9 & UIQ 3) which is not compatible backwards by any means, not even resolution is the same... this is a BIG drawback ..
so arez, as you can clearly see, the point of these devices is NOT targting the 95% of people but only the 5%

Not only that E60 look like T630....E61 look like Motorola Q
I haven't read all the functionality of the product.....however the ID is boring as if suddenly Nokia have no more innovation in ID....what next? A clam shell (flip phone) with loop antenna like SE Z520?

this E series won't kick P990's ass in any way. I think it's on a different segment that is more focused on connectivity. but i think 3G without videocalling is just dumb. If i needed a fast connection, i'd turn to wifi (which is available) rather than burn my money on 3G that costs by the kilobyte!
The designs are obviously ripped off from the t630 and the moto Q.
I like the screen specs though but numbers don't amount to optimization.

I see the P990i as some sort of geek device. Yet it tries to please a bit everybody and pack all the stuff (business, multimedia etc.) in one package. There's only one problem: it doesn't shine in any of these areas. It has intermediate business/enterprize features compared to some devices, which are going to sell at the same time. And same goes for multimedia features.
BTW. You don't need two cameras to make a videocall...And if you still didn't notice, those E-devices are aimed to corporates/enterprizes and business people. Videocalls and still imaging are hardly the features that those intrest groups are seeking from a device, which is a tool for them to make their work more effectively while they are out of office.

yeah they do kick ass in the photo department what strikes me is se dont have as much money as nokia but they still ahve to make more and more effort to get martket attention se seem to be accepted as leaders in technlolgy nokia are very worried i think stilll think nokia have shown their hand to early again se will have their k800 or whatever next year and the game of catch up will being all over again which is great for use the consumer although it is making it more difficult which to chose
I like when people say Nokia tries to catch up on

.... when it has taken months to

to be able to release a phone with WiFi support, for instance.... Nevermind, dream on.
Not to mention MSC 11 now supported in Nokia phones.

??
Quadband GSM + WCDMA band.

?

finally acknowledging the need for a keyboard to decently write emails. Nokia communicators have had that for years and years.
Etc.

C'mon david1975, 6822 and E70 are completely different, if we omit their form factors!
6822 was a series 40 EDGE phone with a poor screen. I always lacked smartphone features with 6822. It was good at one thing, texting. But for emails etc, not quite the killer.
Now we're talking S60 with a very very good screen, EDGE, 3G and WLAN!
Like in boxing, all boxers are.... boxers. But there are different categories: heavy weights etc.
