I doubt they would be able to sell them second hand, and if they are they will be litterally brand new condition i guess.

I'm also wondering why they have had that many W800s returned that they can make a promotion like this?

They are just 14 day returns in as new condition but I think they should have stated that on the advert, tut tut ..

My friend just rang me to say he took delivery of the w800i and he is well gutted, no proper box,cable or memory card. I did warn him but he took no notice of me, it is a sim free handset though
and good condition.
