Yeah mate its great! Wotk has never been so much fun with a pair of these strapped to your noggin!

@cycovision: As you say, it is far easier with a wooden egg-cup, which is what i used. May i also suggest some of the more modern styles which are becoming available, based on naturally produced resins? These are easy to drill out, and look very stylish too. May i suggest, if using a resin based egg cup and you are using a hypodermic needle to pierce it, rather than a drill, that you apply heat to the needle, it melts the resin giving a very smoothe finish, which improves the quality no end.

Let me get a few points right.

Sello tape - It is only for sticking the cups on, or its for some xray thingy?

And drilling? Where??

The sellotape is indeed for the attatchment, however you do need several layers covering the hole on the egg cups or the x-ray properties will not engage. The hole, ideally, should be drilled or melted at the dead centre of the base of the egg cup, if they are too far off-centre they will not work. Also, the battery should be attatched to the sellotape between the cup.

Pictures coming soon!

Well, surely you didnt think it would operate without some sort of powere source! I had originally thought of attaching a large wheel to a dynamo, but i had trouble gettting enough orphans to run around inside it.

No, no, you mustn't have any doubts in the capabilities of the x-ray device, or it wouldn't work. Yes, a battery is required, preferably a 9-volt battery. How else do you think the image is amplified through all those layers?
