Hey jnonhoffzieg. Well this weekend is almost over so I guess that's ruled out. Next weekend I'll be in Virginia visiting my girlfriend's relatives. The weekend after that I'll be in New Orleans on vacation. If planning goes beyond that, I'd be interested in going!

On a side note, does anyone here in Orange County have a Ericsson headset they are not using anymore and want to sell (heck, even donate!)? Feel free to send me a PM if you're interested. Thanks!

Sparky72, why don't we try to set something up then for the weekend Nov 2-3? Anybody else is welcome to join...

@ipXpert, check out the following thread. Still no release date:

Hey SoCal people! Nice thread you got here.. :-) Bluetooth is all so cool EXCEPT for the damn price tag. Now they're more expensive than my phone. I might as well wait for the Sony Ericsson HPR-20 Stereo FM handsfree. :-) I do hope it goes on sale here soon. If not, I'll have my uncle in Chicago to buy one for me. Hi jperthllave, welcome to the SoCal thread. I agree BT is still too expensive. Even more than the FM handsfree I'd like to get a BT headset with a built-in MP-3 player. The only one I've seen so far is the Waacom Combi, but I haven't found anyone who has one.

jnonhoffzieg, thanks for the link. That is a bummer. I am starting to get used to the Jabra I purchased. I think that I will hold on to it until the Jawbone BS comes out. Since it might be a while before it comes out and I need a headset, the Jabra is the best deal going for me 99.00 . I can always ebay my Jabra when the new BS comes out.

Northridge checking in. I have a T68i with AT&T. Coverage for me is pretty good except in spots north of the 118, like Porter Ranch, where there is zero signal.

I absolutely love this phone. I owned the Samsung A500 for 14 days before returning it for this one. Best decision I ever made.

I’m eagerly waiting for AT&T to begin supporting MMS. Surely MMS is one of the T68i’s best features, and it sucks that our carriers can’s handle it yet. The big question for me is, how much will it cost? I already can’t stand paying .10 for every outgoing SMS. I believe that SMS messaging should be included within each data plan, just like email and web browsing. I’m already paying an extra $13/month for 4 MB of data. Couldn’t have they thrown in a few text messages, too?

Nice to meet you all.
