How are you lot all upgrading, I've called Friday and again today and they just tell me that the phone isn't in until next week - call again ...

o2 have offered me 750mins and 750txts for £25p/m....plus free k800...only hitch is that its an 18month contract..but i need the mins so decided to take the offer!

How are you doing all this upgrading? Like dodgydodgy I have been told to call back on Thursday. Is this suggested, or have you actually agreed this with O2?

150min x-network
1150 txt
freeK800i
and £108 credit
all for £17 a month

If you are a new customer then you are tied to what they got on offer, depends whats more important to you, mins or txt

yeah but trigg did they offer you this as a online customer? i basically get the same txts and the same minutes but pay 45 a month for it, at thats it is still worth it for me but if i canget it for 30!!! ive been on it for ages so do you think they will swing me a deal? even though im online customer?
if so which department should i speak to to get the offer? i normally just ring the phone upgrade line.
