I have the same phone w810i and have none of those problems. You could have a defective phone. Have you thought about that?

most of those bugs are related to the earlier firmwares...

Which firmware are you talking about? I have not seen anyone else talk about these firmware problems. You seem to be the only one. So it would appear that your problem is localized.

Class in session, so listen up and pay attention.

I never said I was against people flashing their phones. I even mentioned that I have done it on occasion. I even gave an example or two. Second, it is your money not mine. For the most part I do not have to pay for phones nor have to pay to have the software upgraded. I do work for Nokia and SE so I get the benefits of this relationship. As for flashing them, once again, I could not care less. You still have not proven where there are so many people having these problems nor has SE be overwhelmed with unhappy customers. You see, I call my friends at SE and ask them. This either makes you a liar or ignorant. You decide. Either way, flash away. By the way, SE has a policy. You flash and break, you pay for repairs.

Class dismissed.

JJ! : Are you saying that this firmware update fixed the hissing noise problem?! If that's what you mean it would be great.

Game, set, match.

I use a pair of Etymotic or Ultimate Ears headphones (both high-end headphones and very accurate) with my w810i and there is no hissing or strange noises. This guy is a serial complainer and hypochondriac when it comes to phones. Let him flash till his heart is content and if he breaks his phone he will have the option to buy a new one or pay to get it fixed.

News flash (no pun intended). The light does this. Second if you purposely damage your phone, no one will pay for it. SE nor the insurance companies are stupid dude. Anyway, go and flash away as I stated several posts ago.

The lights are not meant to flash when your trying to take a photo, they never did on the k750 and w800, now my w810i has new firmware, it does not do it either.

And, just to add, my phone is insured through my bank, and covered for all damage inc accidental damage.
