that normal happens wen u upgrade ur phone all the phone memory will be erase. R5d is our latest sw version. It will be more nicer if you could dropby here in our office if ever ur phones has a problem. For non warranty phones the sw upgrade cost 500. You can approach anyone of us here in the reception

As of now, the software for upgrading T68mc is not yet available here in the Phil.
We are not selling accessories and phones., its purely service center.

As of now we are still downloading those ltest software version. It will be available this coming friday. Soft operational pa lang kmi, were still completing all the services that you'll be needing. CIAO!

curious question... do you have any plans of maybe matching your service price with that of smartnet's? or maybe even lowering it...
you are both se authorized service centers right?
basically it's this... why would we go to a new service center who charges higher than that we know and very accustomed to? just asking...
