I went to have my T68i upgraded last Tuesday and i when I brought it in, they told me to come back in an hour.... an hour later i returned an they asked if i could come back tomorrow.... the next day i went back and they gave me a replacement phone and said they have to wait for four weeks.... I got a letter in my box this morning that it was ready, so I was happy seeing as it was only a week ago they said it would be four weeks... I went to collect it and i saw plastic over my screen, then i saw the little scratches on the sides were gone??!!!!?

Then they told me that they had replaced my phone with a brand new one.... i checked : 8 JOystick moves!!!!

Cool or not?
I'm happy!

Can someone please post the telephone number, and address if they have it, of a CPW store that they DEFINATELY know can upgrade the phone to R5D software. Failing that can someone give me the SE helpline so that I can find out from the horses mouth. This post was posted from a T68i

I must say the phone performs better on the 007 firmware

Just got my phone upgraded to R5D007 from R2b025 and have not noticed any difference to be honest.

I got it done from CPW in Greenford. I droped it off @ 5.30 and was ready by 6.15 - 45 mins yesterday.

They did not required any proof of purchase or any payment - it was FOC.

They also put a new vibrator in for me as i was have problems with it before.
