according to the SE website, the MCA-25 has improved indoor quality.
I think the MCA-25 has more neutral looks, so it fits with T300 AND T35i. While the MCA-20 design is made for the T68i

I own both the MCA-20 and P800... pic quality is almost the same... P800 is a BIT better due to the lower jpeg compression ration and brightness control.. but that's about it.
MCA-20, 25, and P800... don't expect any REAL difference in pic quality.
BTW, I'm selling my MCA-20 for P5K, just a couple of months old, complete with box and everything.

MCA-20 still works best for T68i.

i have both MCa-20 and MCA-25. i simply like the MCA-20 better than the 25 because it matches the color of my T68i. They look perfect together.
here are sample pics of my MCA-20 and T68i.

Here is a sample photo from a MCA-25 & a T300. Very good quality for a camera phone, of course it looks like poo on the T300's only disappointing feature (the screen). With my T68i I cannot zoom, but the T300 allows digital zoom with the joystick.
