Luke, didnt realise you had insomnia, sorry. what a bu**er that must be, it takes me hours to get to sleep but i can eventually so will go when i drop! coffee, for me it took years to like tea, but never have liked coffee at all! even red bull gives me shakes!! I had a virgin energy drink once and I could not sleep all night, was just fidgeting non stop so think probably coffee is no good for me! I have my huge bottle of evian now, so will be fine!
You serious about going for a night run!?
