Had enough here now, so police have been called. Crime investigation unit are calling us back at some point today.

We have a crime ref number, and his local branch are being contacted.

He had enough chances to prove himself and he just took the p.

Anyone had anything from him today that he promised!?

just recognized, that he made the timeschedule for my nephew some days ago, when i asked for help here...

i do understand if things go wrong, but the best way is to keep ppl updated, all can be managed - in time...

Well, folks, here I am to apologise for having a bit of faith in this sod. I spent all last evening talking to him by email and today talking to him by PM.
THe last straw I think was when he offered to buy my Vario with payment a bit later and I then agreed. When his all started to go pearshaped, I asked him for my phone back and we coiuld deal later. Nothing since then because he has probably sold it.
Someone has already involved the police and I urge those others who are owed money to do the same. It will be me tomorrow unless I hear from him with a tracking number that is genuine. I have no intention of travelling to Maryhill to collect my phone which is where he said it went the first time by mistake.
So sorry, folks, I got it wrong.

He has told me my money will be sent by 12 noon tomorrow.
If I don't hear from him I will be going to the police tomorrow to.

Not sure if it would be worth my while going to the police or not for a tiny amount, but would be willing to back anyone here up however I can if I don't recieve either the phone or my money back!
