My fave phone of all time was until recently the K700, and even though I have had the K750 for a while, the K700 was my first decent camera phone/mp3player mobile and it was by my side always so it's remained my favourite untill recently even though I use the K750. Of course K750 is way better technically, and now with all the mods available through vkp patching, and free flashing via FAR, it has replaced the K700 as my favourite phone of all time!!
It's cheating a little I suppose, since the MOD stuff isn't official SE, but still I love my K750 it's definitely my favourite handset thus far. The modding just gives you so much flexibility, the handset becomes 10 times more usable. here for example some of the mods available:
*Use camera while java in background
*Use camera switch to turn on led when camera not in use
*Disable Java permissions (no java prompts on file system access)
*A Full flightmode profile (gsm radio ONLY disabled, everything else working)
*Faster scrolling of song names in media player
*Move JAVA folder to memory stick so games can be sent via bluetooth
*Change menu folder to memory stick so menu icons can be changed by user
*Move playlist folder to memory stick so playlists can be saved on computer
*Turn whitelist into black ie: instead of accept list, it becomes a reject list
As well, I have converted my K750 into a W800.
So my K750 is nothing like an official K750. It is much more useful than stock.

Definitely my fave!

Your right dcbastable:
Motorola Micro Tac defenitely revoulutionary! It was so small and just the best!!!! I remember what I paid for it:-( 25 000 skr, about 2.700 euro!!!!!!!
1984-1985 I think....
Today the p990 is around 750 euro, looks like prices are going down;-)
I should have invested the money instead:-( But it was a great phone!!!!!!!
I canīt remember how I could pay that money, because I didnīt have any that time in my life. (mayby because the expensive phones I bought))
