In Slovakia on Orange I have unlimited GPRS for 150,-SK ( 4) with 10 free MMS. Then it cost 2SK ( 0,05) < 5kb and 9,90SK ( 0,24) > 5kb. I think that GPRS is the cheapest ah it is unlimited. :-D

I don't think I saw a US T-mobile rate posted so I'll mention what I'm paying for GPRS:
1MB of transfer for $2.99 per month
there is an option right now, for $19.99 a month for UNLIMITED GPRS but i don't need that

They just activated the GPRS service, so they made a promotion of unlimeted data download and free MMS for 9 KD (26.90764 Euro) for 3 months. After the promotion finishes, MMS will be expected to be around 70 Fils per message (2.09282 Euro) and GPRS 9KD per month unlmited data, though prices are expected to drop.

In Estonia, with operator EMT:
1MB - 2.66€
MMS (if less than 32KB) - 0.33€ (no extra GPRS charge)
