6670 was released in 2004, whereas k750 was in 4rth quarter of 2005. And don't forget that k750 is the best equipped SE ever, still not outbested by the company..

Anyone else with more jokes?

Not wishing to seem picky but the K750i was released 2nd quarter of 2005. SE K800i (the mainstream model) has the same resolution as an N73 and 6300 (Nokia's mainstream models) Even Nokia's top model, the N95, has the same resolution at 240x320.

6670 was launched in 4th Q of 2004 whereas K750 was in 2nd Q of 2005, the difference is 6 months only. does it mean that nokia would sell at higher price just because it was released earlier.?

lastikcizme,

Wow, good to know that big college education of yours paid is paying off. You can now actually formulate an intelligent reply. That merits an applause I suppose. Go ahead dumb boy, give yourself an applause. You deserve at 10 seconds of self gratification.

Again, just because you have never encountered anyone with a Nokia charge port problem, it doesn't make it a FACT that Nokia owns the better charge port. Do you think out of all the people that own a Nokia phone that they have never encountered any problems with their charge ports? Why don't you try and take a survey of the entire earth population and ask Nokia phone owners to see if they have encountered such charging problems with their Nokia phones? I guarantee you that you will get a lot of replies from people that have had problems with their Nokia charge ports. Do you think a certificate or a documentary will prove anything? Even so, if they ever did a documentary, Nokia doesn't stand a chance against SE.

Also, dumb boy, did you read my post? Did I mention anything about me having difficulty with the SE interface? Try practicing some more reading skills my caveman reader and don't let those brain cramps put a cramp on your reading ability.

I am laughing my ass right now as to how you think that Nokia's interface is better. You're telling me that the N-Series' user interface can beat SE's? You're far more mentally challenged than I originally thought. Besides the gruesome hang time every time you try to use the multimedia features of an N90, N91, N93, N93i and maybe the N95, its UI design is uninspired. There is no way in hell that the N-Series' interface can ever compete with Sony "no hang-time" Ericsson's UI.

And as for enjoying SE's supposed "crippled" product line, YES I AM. As a matter of fact, there are a lot more people enjoying an SE phone right now as opposed to enjoying Nokia's phone lineup.

Anytime you want to debate as to why Nokia will never be better than Ericsson, be my guest but as far as debating as to who produces better quality phones????...there is no debate. There is only one answer and that is Sony Ericsson.

Good Times!

@jcwhite_uk, thanks for correcting me out. I checked it around in some mobile-phone-sites, and came to the conclusion that the release date was Q4, but it seems i was mistaken. But, this doesn't contradict the fact that k750 is still superior to even the newest SE handsets.

Yes, N95 is of the same resolution, but it's got 16M colors. So it is better than the best screen SE can bring up, not to mention that many of Nokia's feasible priced models start to come in 352x416 @16M.

@donroyquilop

Although i still can't believe i'm actually replying a troll, i will try to explain sincere people reading this thread about your claims.

Nokia charger problems = Nobody i know or heard of or whatever

SE charger problems = Lot's, as well as all my previous SE fones...

Are you a retard? What else do you want? Ask the entire mankind about their opinions on charger-port problems (Oh dear, you have really asked for that!!)? You are free to go ahead and ask, you might wanna start as soon as you can.

SE interface is simple to use, as it is quite limited to what SE feed it, because of the lack of a real OS. What i wanted to imply was that Nokia interface was not any more complicated for a person of normal IQ, and it is much more responsive and prone to customization, but i failed to get it through your thick skull.

Shut up about UI, and save two mobile fields into a single contact.

Or give me an example on how SE UI is more functional than Nokia's. Case closed.

Instead of paying an idiot to defend themselves on forum sites, SE should invest on R&D, and only then they may stand a chance to actually compete with todays models, at least on their next generation of their products.

lastikcizme,

A troll? Let's see if you can call me that in front of my face. Moron, did you just mention that

"Nokia charger problems = Nobody i know or heard of or whatever"

Try reading this sight:
http://scottstuff.net/blog/ar[....]6/06/21/charging-the-nokia-e61

It is absurd for you to think that nobody in the world has ever encountered any charging problems with their Nokia or should I say...Fokia phones.

You also claim that Nokia phones are more "...responsive and prone to customization". Einstein, try using a Nokia N90, N91, and an N93 phone and see how responsive those phones can be. Not to mention that those phones always seem to hang a bit whenever you play around with their multimedia functions. And as for customization issues, NOKIA is more prone to virus attacks than SE. And for your information, my skull is thick...as well as every other living human being on this planet.

"Shut up about UI, and save two mobile fields into a single contact."

--- how long did you have to think of this comeback reply? I hope you didn't get sick from all that brain activity you had to do just to think of that comeback. Did mommy and daddy waste their money sending you to college?

As a matter of fact, you can save two mobile fields into a single contact. You're just too dumb to figure it out.

And before you tell SE to invest their money on a better R&D, go take some money out of your savings and go get a life.

That's all. Good Times.

I must agree, my connections for my charger is giving issues at the moment, and I already had my headset replaced(warranty) due to it giving issues. If there is one thing that is crap about sony ericsson, it is that. Hopefully one day they will change their designs to improve these things, because when I looked at these elements for the first time I knew it will give problems.

I used Nokia, and I used SE and I loved SE, but please, don't make me go back to Nokia. My Nokias served me faithfully and my previous handset 3 years+ old is still serving my father faithfully after going through every kind of abuse. I can barely see past the scratched screen, but that replaced, it works and it works well, the charger works, and always will it seems. And this is a business phone i am talking about.

SE can be great, just work on the basic design issues and make them work for your product instead of letting them be the downfall.

But about phones, to each his own. If it fits your needs, great.
