turns out the page was for serving google ads, and the form did not lead anywhere, so it should be fine.

This has absolutely nothing to do with Google! Read the links and it explains it all:
THIS IS A GOOGLE ADS SITE!
They have "adapted". Now they only present you the GoogleAds after clicking "SUBMIT".
They do not collect data. Their PHP form does not even work on the server. You can submit data without even entering anything.
Correction: For those of you who need a further explanation, the person runs this web site on a free server. They collect revenue from "ad impressions" when you visit their site. The only one receiving something FREE is the person who set up the website. They get free money for your visits
