Well, you guys have made a quite nice wish list, indeed
All ve have to do now, is email to the SE development labs, then let them invent it,manufacture it, and finally, and with massive media support I am sure, introduce it next year....and it might hit the shops around Q3....2010

LOL ... 2010 sounds resonable considering what some people seem to want...
And we're going to have to start saving now to afford a phone like that when it does come out

I originally made this thread in order to let people make a list of the 'little things' they'd like... Things that could mostly be implimentd by firmware changes alone...

My thoughts exactly! I know my K790i is not really a smartphone, but how tough could it be to integrate the calendar app into a today screen? And adding another type of calendar view like the week-at-a-glance you can get with Palm shold be even easeir than the today screen.

Well here's my dream phone:

1) UIQ
2) 2mpxl autofocus + LED flash ( a good one - 2ice as bright as the K750's)
3) 30fps QVGA video
4) No touchscreen but it must have a jog-dial
5) EDGE ( I don't need 3g)

and all the other standard features

6) A price of less than INR 12K. (US$ 250 )

I think that anyone who needs to store 1000 messages really needs to reevaluate their priorities.

I think a document reader would go nicely.
