. That probably explains the gaping looks i was being given at the coffee house; was browsing thru wifi! I got this email client called profimail and somethings i dont know, like whats an incoming mail server, outgoing mail server, and is yahoo mail an Imap4 or pop3 account provider?
OK you gave me a private msg saying that I was shooting you down and you didnt like it. I responded back stating at the end that many discussions are duplicated here > like the one above where a search could've help you as Bobba volunteered. Everyone is different and has specific preferences - Boba is a current S60 user while I no longer am so he responds I'm offering positive criticism.
Now I searched and found relavance here to assist you.
If you logged into your web interface for Yahoo mail (.com/.ca/.eu/??) then goto the options link (again not the My Yahoo site but the My Mail site for Yahoo). then goto pop forwarding. You'll need to enable it first then check settings as follows.
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.ca (the last part will be unique to the country you registered your yahoo mail).
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.ca
Account Name/Username: series60fan
Email address: put in yours the FULL.
PW: again yours.
Here is a search under my name (based on S60 2nd Edition) for my contribution for helping others.

PS: pls check the first page of that thread as many of the codes are still relevant and helpful for those new using S60 or even E series devices.
Just dont be so quick to judge others about how they criticize you (theres Negative and POSTIVE). Ask them first what their meaning is > its hard to tell emotions over the net with just plain text and obscure smileys.
hope this helps.
Although I noticed nobody answered my question.

I didnt use it that much in my previous phones, at the time it was fashionable 2 hv a camera phone, bt i got bored when a 5mp cmr phne ws released. 2 depressing.....but i cn go swap this 4 E70 when i want, but its nt important. And u?

i do liked the idea to launch e50 with and without a cam, its very uesful for businessmen who works in area where cams arent allowed. i am not a cam fan, actually not the main reason to go for a fone.

true, and personally, i think the E60 would look odd with a camera, though i wouldnt mind a frontal camera. They should have made the light sensor the front camera like 6280.

does it have actually light sensor, so the backlight is dimmed when better light enviroments ar given? just as at 6680 for example
