No you have to flash your ordinary N73 to ME-version yourself via usb cable. First you have to change product code from ordinary N73 to ME product code. For that you download a small flas program called NSS. When you changed product code you just connect as usual to nokia update service and flash your phone into an ME! Voila!

Well in my opinion the red and white looks very fine. Only the black ME looks better

I don´t know. Do you mean that you currently have a contract with three? Three in Sweden has N73(don´t know about N73ME) and i guess the msn software is included in their N73. Otherwise you can install msn software on your phone but i guess you have to pay for the data transfers/traffic then.

well if you are with a contract with three then you can buy your phone there but i am not sure they have N73 ME and/or support a three ME firmware. You have to check with them. Maybe you can buy your phone at three, reflash it to N73ME and then separately (re)install your msn.

Sorry but nope, if good mp3 player i important the K800i can´t match N73ME at all.
