I want the red colour. I am dying to see the screen quality.
3GSM is not too far away now less than 4 weeks.

I really hope one of these is showcased there.

That doesnt look appealing at all! It looks nothing like a cellphone and I really wouldnt want to caught talking on a portable TV.

This is a 6 month dead post....
But it's supposedly supposed to be out already, but SE has temporarily stopped manufacturing and distributing them (keyword "temporarily"), although no one really knows when they're going to be in production again.
And besides, even if the phone was godly, you'd only be able to use the music and movie functions; and with the price of the phone being at least $350 (trust me, with TV functions, a Bravia LCD technology, big screen, etc.), you could just as easily buy a dedicated PMP that does all of those things but BETTER and most likely with alot more memory.
-I too wanted this phone before, buuuuut after a while, after considering the price and specs and how long I'd hafta wait, I realized it was pretty stupid (unless you live in Japan, then by all means go for it)

First live pics of this phone have appeared over at Wireless Japan.
Don't know about anyone else but I think this particular effort at convergence - marrying the mobile phone with a Wide-screen TV is commendable.
Who wouldn't want to own a miniature Bravia to match the one they have hanging on the wall at home.
Because it picks up Digital broadcasts the signal should always be clear. Being able to watch TV in the bedroom, bathroom, on the train in crystal clear picture quality - rather than jerky 3G streaming - sounds great to me.
