can I suggest that people write any settings they have used when they post a pic as it might give some of us less able, a clue or two on how to improve our pics

so far, mine have all been on default settings

I have found that the light sensor affects the photo also. Its difficult to see the light exposure with just the basic screen.

Im rubbish with cameras so I have no idea what half of the settings mean and therefore just keep the settings as auto, I even do this on my main camera!

Yes, thats why thier not posted in this thread. But IMO V630i shots can stand comparision with those of the N95. Mine are just as sharp but with brighter colours I reckon.
