following this discussion I got a bit nostalgic and couldn't wait to get my car-100 again, so... I got a new one still sealed in the plastic bubble and plastic bag.
just got to dig out my old T68i, charge that up then I can charge this and it'll be fun time again!

they don't make these packages easy to get into do they! same with memory cards these days too!
anyway its charging now. I thought I'd do it in a bit more style than the T68i

the car pairs ok with the K810, as expected.
also the java program runs but is a little bit inconsistant when using the joystick. you'll get better results using the buttons and the car is quite controllable!
